1

Assessment

We collate data through surveys, targeted assessments and feedback from both employees and leadership to better understand individual lived experiences, perceptions and key challenges. The findings help establish a clear, data-informed baseline of the current work environment.

2

Education

Our workplaces and communities reflect we are not living in monolithic societies. Learning is a continuum of unlearning to intentionally relearn new information for positive interactions. In order to build racial and cultural stamina, we must have racial and cultural literacy and engage in ongoing dialogue. We provide customized learning for boards, leadership and staff that enhances cultural humility.

3

Strategy

DEIB is transformative change that requires commitment, intentionality and accountability. It cannot be treated as a siloed function and it must certainly not be the responsibility of individual(s) from equity deserving groups. It is imperative to get it right. We will help provide a DEIB lens to create actionable strategies with clear outcomes for inclusive workplaces.

Her work went beyond training delivery. Sunita brought a culturally informed and decolonizing lens to our organization and connected us with Indigenous and community leaders whose contributions have significantly expanded our learning and our ongoing commitment to Truth and Reconciliation. These connections strengthened our organizational capacity to engage in this work with humility, accountability, and purpose.

Sunita’s approach is grounded, professional, and deeply respectful. She creates learning environments that are inclusive, reflective, and practical, enabling leaders and staff to translate insight into action. We value her expertise, her integrity, and her ability to support organizations in doing EDI work that is both courageous and sustainable.
