My work is human rights-based, culturally responsive with a relational approach that recognizes how workplace experiences are shaped by power, identity, organizational culture and systemic inequities.

Workplace concerns do not emerge in a vacuum. They are often shaped by organizational culture, power dynamics, communication patterns and experiences of exclusion or harm. 

I offer workplace investigation and resolution services through a human rights-based, culturally responsive and DEIB informed lens. This approach recognizes that workplace conflict may be shaped by race, culture, gender, identity, hierarchy and systemic inequities - that effective response requires more than procedural compliance.

The goal is not only to meet obligations, but to support fairness, accountability, psychological safety and where possible, workplace restoration.
